BioMy name is Penny Lane but please, just call me Lane. It's bad enough being named after a song I basically get sung to every time I introduce myself.
I'm basically your normal 18 year old kid except oh yeah, I'm really sick. Usually it doesn't hold me back to bad. I get really tired easily and have a fever almost everyday of my life but as long as I keep to my medicine schedule, its not too bad. Just make sure that if I start bleeding, you are far away.
I never knew my mom. My two fathers told me I was adopted and I always dropped the subject. Once I came down with AIDS, I started to question my origin, whether my mom knew she was sick or if the illness snuck up on her too. I just hope I live long enough to find the answers I need.
